Intermittent Upload Speed Issues - Is there a fault in my area?

Hi There, 

For the last week or so I've been suffering with issues related to my Upload speed. I'm on the M350 package with a Hub 4. I experience the advertisted Download speeds no problem. But my upload speeds are terrible, I am a content creator outside of my normal work and require a stable upload connection. Please investigate:

Your BQM is certainly showing a Monday Morning utilisation problem, TBH Monday mornings are always very busy regardless of the ISP because so many people are checking emails and downloading work for the coming week.

Can you please

Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter. 

Hub 2 & 3 When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.

Hub 4 When the page appears LOG IN then Advanced Settings > Tools > Network Status.

Copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream, Configuration and Network Log tabs onto here, if you get a yellow / straw box warning click the Post button again.

Use one post for each tab if you wish.

Please do not use screen grabs.

A Guru will be along soon to decipher the info.

I'm trying to get onto the Hub Manager now (I use in Modem Mode), but seem to be struggling. Will come back!

Try rebooting the Hub using the little power switch on the rear of the Hub next to the power cord.
