Been with virgin for 2 years problem free, recently upgraded to M350 and now experiencing daily drop outs 5-10 times a day. I’ve reset to factory settings and followed all advice I can find. Anyone else having this sudden issue?
log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream
nothing really stands out there - upstream levels are towards the max but within limits - if they rise that could be a factor - check them if and when you lose connection - post the network log - not something i know much about but others can look and comment
