Intermittent Connection since yesterday

Hi,  since the outage yesterday I have had really bad internet.  I have tried everything down to the reset of the hub and its still bad.  Getting about 6Mbps down and 0.47Mbps up, Virgin say there are no problems.  Trying to work from home and struggling
