Intermittent Connection, Dropouts, Latency and Speed issues since 2 weeks

Hi,
I am using M350, Ethernet connection and Super hub3.
Since last 2 weeks I am constantly having problems with connection drop outs, slower speeds and high ping/latency.
It is really becoming a huge annoyance/problem as we are working from home and need stable connection.
Please could this be investigated?

Yep tried that, didn't help unfortunately. I also tried unplugging and waiting for like 10min before plugging back on and didn't help either.

As you can see from my live BQM link there are almost constant packet drops and big spikes in latency from time to time. 

My download speed is reduced and upload is almost non existent.

Do you know if the fault has been fixed today?

We have started having big connection issues again. Looks like a lot of packet loss according to BQM:

Packet loss all the time now since 4PM 😟

Still having issues unfortunately was the fault F008598151 not fixed yet?
