Intermittent Broadband - No Ranging Response received

I get dropped packets from a wired connection generally after 3pm every day. It's a real nightmare as most of us I need to do video calls - and the connection is virtually unusable. The lost packets correlate with critical errors I'm getting on the Hub, i.e "No Ranging Response received". I run network tests and everything is fine. I've call VM before and told to do a Factory Reset which I've done, but didn't fix it...

Down power levels are way too low. may need a Tech visit to rectify
Minimum should be -6dBmV. Is there an attenuator on the coax cable - if so try removing it and see what happens.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
