Intelligent Pods low speed

Hi, I have just plugged in my intelligent pod oit in my summerhouse (about 20ft from my hub4) but I'm only getting 20mb on my xbox and PlayStation.  Any ideas please?

I have the 1gig package.

Would be far better to use any gaming console on an ethernet cable connection.

Can you possibly run one from the Hub to the summerhouse ?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
