Inconsistent (slow) speeds

I have a Hub 3 on the M100 Fibre package, but am experiencing inconsistent speed, usually much slower than 100Mbps.

It's a small flat, no wi-fi dead spots, the Virgin Connect app says "Great!" coverage in all rooms, with only a couple of devices connected to the network.

Now it's gone 5pm on Friday and people are logging off, I've just got the following reading:

Latency: 17.6 ms

Jitter:2.08 ms

Download:113 Mbps

Upload:10.9 Mbps

But at various points throughout the day it's dropped as low as 1.56Mbps download speed, then fluctuates anywhere between about 12 and 40Mbps (40 if I'm lucky). 

This has been going on for weeks, I've tried resetting, rebooting etc.

Can this really all be down to so many people online, or is it something else? It's driving me crazy and making it almost impossible to work from home - online meetings are hopeless.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - I'm not techie, so don't know where to find all the tables of information I've seen other people post, but can follow instructions if you point me in the right direction!

Hub Stats:

Open http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1/ (if you have your Hub in Modem mode) in your browser

For Hubs 2 & 3 - DO NOT LOG IN, just click “Check Router Status”

For Hub 4 - When the page appears LOG IN then click on: Advanced Settings > Tools > Network Status.

Please copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream, Configuration and Network Log tabs in replies here.

If this is your first time you may have to do first setup of hub password.

So while you signals are looking fine there is an issue with your upstream modulation as highlighted, it should be showing 64QAM rather than 16QAM

Could you unplug the power from your hub for 1 minute, check the white wire is tightly connected at the hub end and the wall (and splitter if you have one)

Then reconnect power, and once powered up report the stats from upstream page again please.

Sorry, it's taken a few minutes for everything to reset...

Wires are all tight and powered on/off but sadly it's not changed that 16 to 64, I'm afraid.
