I was contemplating upgrading to Hub 4, but .....

There seems to be so many issues with the virgin gig1 service that I really can't be dealing with all that expected hassle with having to deal with trying to get through to customer services to resolve issues on slow speed. 

Hopefully there will be either a software or hardware upgrade that will correct all these known issue and probably expected issues.

This a help forum, and very few people come here to heap praise on VM, so if you try and judge anything from posts here you'll always get a skewed and negative perspective.

There's a few teething troubles certainly, but it's clearly working well for the majority of customers, so perhaps time to stop worrying about ifs and maybes, and get on the cutting edge?
