No engineer is being sent out and I'm expected to keep quiet and carry on paying full price for my terrible broadband.
I am now fed up and want to be allowed out of my contract without early termination charges.
To resolve this matter I want virgin media to:
1) Let me out of my contract without early termination charges.
2) be partially refunded for the lack of broadband for the past 5 months now.
3) compensate me £185 for the inconvenience caused for 5 months now. I've had to wait on hold and be on call with virgin media for hours and hours. I've even emailed the CEO, filled in the complaints form, complained on resolver.co.uk and in all occasions I have been ignored. It would seem virgin media are content on billing me monthly and then ignoring my pleas for help. So I wouldn't think I'm being outrageous here in asking for this compensation, now would I?
