I pay for 350mb I constantly get less than 10

As title says, this isn't the first time I've complained. It's utterly ridiculous how much I pay, and I've NEVER seen a speedtest anywhere near 350. My tests always show 4-10mbps, or maybe 40.

To be clear 40mbps is roughly 5mb.

It's a complete scam. Why are Virgin allowed to continously charge me for a service they 100% know I cant possibly be getting ?

I work in tech, and I find the support so tedious : restart hub etc.. Yeah, never done that before...

I'm being ripped off. No 2 ways about it. Unless someone can explain to me eactly how 350mb becomes constant <50mbps

The question then is why are you paying for a 350mb package when you could easily downgrade to say 50mb or even change providers? That's what I'd be doing if I had attempted to resolve the issue without success.

Are you using an Ethernet cable to check speed?
