So for the past few days I'm only getting 80Mb/s when I should be getting 200, I have done all the required tests, I'm quite fed up as I cant even speak to a person, I am now looking to get out of my contract. I have tested on ethernet and wifi, I have rebooted my router, which I have in modem mode as linked to a CISCO WRP500. I have had this config for over a month and its been fine. I have switched back to router mode and the same result.
Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?
