Huge speed drop - from 1.1gb to 600mb

Before the 12th June I'd consistently get speeds on the whitebox of 900mb+

Speeds started to drop on the 13th June, now the connection completely maxes out at 600mb, it's as though I'm on the 600mb package or something, nothing will make it go faster.  My upload has recently increased from 50 to 100, but I seem to have taken a massive hit on the download speed.

I've reset the router from scratch and set it up again, I've tried a direct connection with Ethernet from my PC, nothing, it completely tops out at 600mb.  I've put it back into modem mode for now as I use my own router system.

Anyone else having issues like this?

Is this using realspeed when the HUB was in router mode?

Yeah it's the same on all of the download tests, the one on the vm website, speedtest, fast and realspeed, all of it is maxing out at 600.

Just finally off the phone with them and she's sent signals and told me to monitor for 24h, despite having monitored it several days already, but I'll do that and play the game.

So the speed to the HUB was showing 600Mbps, as well as the speed to the device?
