Hub 5 Speed Issue

hey everybody i recently purchased the hub 5 for virgin media with a speed off approximately 1130 mbs but with a guarantee of it being 563 mbs. on my S22 the speed is 408mbs download with 48.3mbs. the issue i have is that on my pc the speed is 24.9mbs. i have tried looking online, tried restarting my router, changed settings on my pc and it is still at a maximum of 24.9mbs with is being 10mbs for most of the time. My PC is using a wireless connecting aswell. Does anyone know what to do on my pc to get the speed up?

First take is the PC is connecting at 2.4Ghz, max speed would be about 50 down with a good signal and the S22 is connecting at 5Ghz hence the better speeds.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.

The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.

The speed any WiFi device draws data at is limited by its data needs and technical abilities.
