We connected to Hub , 6 days ago and since our speeds have been really slow 17.3 download and 5.6 upload. Today we got 0.7 and 0.3.
We have 2 boosters which we set up and connected after the hub 4 was installed.
I have tried customer service over the last 6 days been on phone holding for nearly 8 hrs but no one has answered or cut us off. also been on chats but the internet crashing logs the chats out. We’ve put in a complaint but told there is no one to deal with it. Anyone offer any advice. Tried cancelling the account but have to go through customer service.
