Hub 4 WIFI drop out

I am having to constantly resetting my hub 4 because the wifi signal keeps dropping out every 10 minutes or so, this is on multiple devices such as laptop, tablet, wifi printer, mobile, etc.

I have had this hub 4 for about 4 weeks now and I wish I had not upgraded

Any help on how to resolve the issues?

Do wired connections also drop?

Hi  I am having the same problem. not only wi fi but ethernet connections as well. having to keep re booting hob or re connecting lap top and tablet. expecting call from virgin in next 24 to 48 hours.  keep you posted.

Hi @MReynolds52 how are the services looking today?

 

I've managed to look into your account and can see that everything is currently in spec, if you'res till having issues, can you please attempt a pin hole reset on the hub?
