I've been with Virgin for a few years now, always at around 100 MB on a wired connection
Recently my speeds have dropped a huge amount, only getting around 30 MB if i'm lucky
I've followed all the usual troubleshooting restarts etc and still not getting higher than this
Has anyone got a fix I can do or does this sound like a line issue?
BQM, Test for outgoing ports and SSL/L2TP VPN test
Line seems stable just alot slower speeds
Tried on another PC and having the exact same issue unfortunately, tried to ring Virgin directly but struggling to get through to someone

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your services.
I can see that you have spoken with someone in the last few days, have they managed to get this resolved?
spoke to someone on the virgin number who reset my router, was meant to be directing me to another line after 30mins on the phone but the line hung up.
still got the same issue, it’s now meant to be a 200MB line and I’m getting around 50 - 60 MB

Very sorry to hear the issue is ongoing, I've managed to locate your account and I can't see any issues on our end that could be causing the slow speeds.

Usual request. Please post all power levels and network log. Also setup a BQM here www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
Once we have the information we can comment.
Still having issues. Generating the report for the response below but still the exact same... Been like this for weeks now, never used to have an issue
