Hub 3.0 Error (slow speed/intermittent connection)

Hi,

Would someone kindly translate the hub settings below into English for me, and tell me what is going on. I have had an unstable connection and slow speed for almost 2 days now.

U/S power is too high - this will cause massive problems (postRS errors)

VM need to book a tech visit to rectify this!
