I'm on 500mbps v.vip package. When looking on virgin media's sale page for this package I've seen I can get "next day technician" and "dedicated" UK support team to deal with my faults.
I have a fault and I have only been offered a technician to come out on the 30th and I can't get hold of this dedicated team? I got put in the normal queue when calling 150 from my Virgin mobile which is included in my package and I found a number online and this doesn't seem to work either.
Does anyone have a number for or know how do I get hold of this "dedicated team" or is it just a false sale tactic and doesn't even exist?
