How do I speak to a real person at Virgin media

Since my service was “improved” in late October I have suffered very poor reception. If I ring and get the automatic system all that happens is that they reset the system. I have tested the reception which is nowhere near the contractual 500 mps and, using the app, have ascertained that I need boosters, but can’t order them. I need to speak to someone who isn’t going to “transfer “ me to somebody who can help only to get cut off automatically.

I am literally having the same problem, phone calls never go through!

The only way I found is: call from a mobile and if the automatic voice/menu asks if you are calling about postcode "XX XXXX", say no (even if it's the correct one) and do not enter any info about your specific account (if prompted to): eventually you are transferred to a human instead of getting disconnected.

Although it took me an average of 60-90 minutes every time...
