How do I book an engineer or actually speak with somebody? Intermittent fault
My broadband completely stops at least once a day. This started a few weeks ago and it is affecting my ability to work from home. I call the automated telephone service which tells me to restart the router then hangs up. I do this and it is fine for a bit then stops again. How do I get this logged and resolved? There have been no changes to hardware or the position of the hub.

On a wired or wireless connection?
If you want to "speak" to someone then phone through to faults.
Or you can get help on here if you provde information that is asked of you.
