How can we upgrade speed only?

Hi there,

We recently signed up and got M100 broadband as part of a package with Maxit TV and Talk Weekends (Bigger Bundle) for £45 a month.

We would like to upgrade the broadband speed to M200 but the only option only is to change bundle to the Bigger Bundle and M350 for an extra £42 a month taking the package to £87 a month which is a bit steep.

Is there any way to go up to M200 for the duration of the contract?

The best way to upgrade speed would be to contact our customer service.

If it’s part of a bundle then you’ll be in essence “breaking” the bundle pricing by taking a different product.

Your best bet is to call up and speak to someone.
