Horrible Download Speeds

So, I've had inconsistent speeds with Virgin to say the least but its never been anything too abnormal, nothing that cant be explained away with high service traffic and such. However, I have recently renewed my contract and ever since renewing my contract my speeds have been absolutely appaling. I'm on 350mb and at its lowest today i've been getting 3mb download speeds (tested on speedtest.net) and an average speed of 60mb all day. I'm constantly having to wait for videos to buffer and online gaming has been a complete no no all day. I've had terrible speeds on wifi the past few days, but today i've been only using an Ethernet connection and it's just horrible, It's like being back on dial up. I've sat waiting trying to speak to technical support for the past hour & 45 minutes and i'm still on hold waiting. Has anyone else been having problems with their download speeds over the past few days or is it just me? Has anyone been able to have a fix if they have?

Re: Horrible Download Speeds

Can you please upload your router stats

Type 192.168.0.1 or (192.168.100.1 if you have your Hub in Modem mode) into your address bar at the top of your browser

For Hubs 2 & 3 - DO NOT LOG IN, just click “Check Router Status”

For Hub 4 - When the page appears LOG IN then click on:

Advanced Settings > Tools > Network Status.

Please copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream, Configuration and Network Log tabs, if you get a yellow warning just click the Post button again. You can use more than one post for each item if needed.

If you get a warning when you hit “Post” just hit “Post” again and it should work ok!

Please do not use screenshots

Also can you please setup a Broadband Quality Monitor (BQM) at thinkbroadband.com. Just click on Create a new monitor.

Post a 'Live Link' to your BQM on here asap.

Under your graph you just created Click (Share Live Graph) then click generate.

Copy the text in the Direct Link box and paste it on here
