Thanks for taking the time to post this on our forums and I'm sorry to hear that you're having connection issues.
I have looked into your account and cannot see any issues with your connection, would you be able to check with a wired connection as @lotharmat suggested and let us know what speeds you are getting.
Which broadband speed package are you subscribed to at the moment?
Regarding the TV pixelation, please could you check that the coax cables are connected securely to the Virgin Media equipment, any splitters (standard and powered) and to the wall socket. Hopefully this can fix the issues that you're having.
