Hi, looking for help. Since September my internet has been unstable, sometimes unoticable but other times online gaming just isnt possible due to high ping.

Above is todays graph - When working from home i also cant sustain a decent connection to microsoft teams especially over wifi.

I did recieve communication about work on the exchange which finished on october 3rd yet it didnt resolve any issues. I have a freind on the same exchange and he is experiencing the same issues.

Thanks!

Could be an overutilisation issue as it gets much worse in the peak evening hours. Is that patter repeatable.

A VM person needs to comment on that - but just FYI - see this old thread re. over-utilisation and Andrew’s comments in Message 20

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

The pattern is repeatable, crazy high fluctuating ping during peak hours, after midnight tends to calm down until around mid afternoon.

Hi Scitzodude,

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having issues with latency.

I can see that my colleague has already replied to your thread here: Horrendous Latency
Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
Have a look at the reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.
Thanks,
