Horrendous Latency

Hi, looking for help. Since September my internet has been unstable, sometimes unoticable but other times online gaming just isnt possible due to high ping.

This is todays graph

This is from 17/10/22 - note the red portion is where i reroobted my Hub3 just before midnight

This is from 18/10/22 to show that re-booting the hardware does nothing

I did recieve communication about work on the exchange which finished on october 3rd yet it didnt resolve any issues. I have a freind on the same exchange and he is experiencing the same issues.
