Im using ethernet and getting terrible latency and speed issues, I would be sitting in Discord and my ping would be around 50 ms (which it isn't meant to be by the way) which is tolerable but then it spikes up to 1000-4000 all of a sudden. This happens in games aswell.
In terms of speed, getting 50 down and 10 up instead of 200 down and 20 up.
I've done everything to make sure this isn't on my end, I've ordered new ethernet cables and powerline adapters to try and iron out the problem but it's still occuring.
Would appreciate some help, I'll post the downstream, upstream and network log stuff below the post because it wont let me post it here for some reason.
I should also say that the errors in the network log of incorrect password and stuff for the router, is because the routers password randomly stopped working so I had to factory reset the router so maybe it's the router acting up thats causing all of these issues.
Thank you so much for your post to our community forums and I am so sorry to hear you are having this issue!
I have had a look at your account and I cannot see anything on our end that may be causing this issue. Can I ask if you only experience this problem on your games console or is it on all devices? Also is it only one specific game?
How are your devices connected via ethernet cable or via WIFI? Do you experience the same issues across both types of connections? Have you also tried rebooting your device to see if the issue persists?
