I have been experiencing high ping spikes for over 4 months now. Contacting virgin nowadays is a nightmare, been on the phone for over an hour with a technician that decided to hang up. He suggested connecting my device through a cat6 cable, instead of the cat5 I'm using will resolve to issue, As expected, it didn't and after that he decided to hang up. Here's my results of performing a simple ping test. Bare in mind that the uploads, downloads speed are fine, the ping is the only issue.
