On 19th November we experienced a 20 minute broadband outage (BQM shows this as total packet loss). Since then we have had terrible latency. The Virgin Media status page says "We know of an issue in your area" and each day has a fix estimate time of 15:00. But the issue is not fixed. This is in the Cambridge area. Could someone give me a more realistic estimate of when this will get fixed? Thanks.
speedtest.net shows that actual download and upload speeds are fine (I'm on an M100 connection).

Can you set up a Broadband Quality Monitor (BQM) at thinkbroadband.com - this will give you an insight into what is happening with the signal at the other side of the Hub, it will take a few hours to get any kind of trend showing although you should post the link straight away.
Post a 'Live Link' to your BQM on here.
