I am having massive latency issues.... ping varies wildly from 10ms up into hundreds, and sometimes thousands. VM promised it was a network issue that would be fixed in July, September, and most recently last Friday. Nothing has ever happened to improve it. Keeping my blueyonder email address is the only thing keeping me at VM. Trying to work from home is an absolute nightmare.
I would hazard a guess that this is yet another "over-utilisation" issue? You can confirm or dispel that by setting up a BQM, posting a link to a shared, live graph. It'll take 24 hours before we can be sure if over-utilisation is the case. If it is, prepared to be disappointed - read this thread through. It may be time to ditch the blueyonder email address (like you, I've had one for decades, luckily I'm not affected by the curse of over-utilisation.
