High Latency and Packet Loss

Hi All

In TN16 area and have been suffering months of intermittent high latency and packet loss. 

It's making working from home very difficult. Anyone from Virgin Media support able to help please?

I've had this issue since February. 

No fix, delayed fix dates, no compensation. 

£49 for high latency 24/7. I wouldn't expect it to be fixed for a long time.

We do have a fix date for the above 

22/06/2020 and is logged under reference number F008093056  

If you need an update then by all means pop back on here
