In TN16 area and have been suffering months of intermittent high latency and packet loss.
It's making working from home very difficult. Anyone from Virgin Media support able to help please?
I've had this issue since February.
No fix, delayed fix dates, no compensation.
£49 for high latency 24/7. I wouldn't expect it to be fixed for a long time.
