Help connecting by Ethernet doesn’t work

Can someone help as no internet even through Ethernet?


I’m hoping someone can help. A day of internet problems and now eventually got a very intermittent connection through an Ethernet cable showing speeds of 68 download and 0.1 upload Ping 14

but this connection lasted a few minutes and then disconnected again


we have had nothing but trouble with the router for months and months so we bought a google nest to plug straight in through Ethernet but now of course that won’t work!


Can anyone please help?

If you have line/connection issues a new router won’t cure it.

Post the network, upstream and downstream logs from the hubs admin pages
