Hi All
I hope somebody can help me and apologies for the long post.
A couple of weeks ago I used the O2/Virgin Volt Upgrade to have my (excellent) M350 connection upgraded to M500. I run my connections through a TP Deco Link Mesh as the Virgin WIFI signal wasn't great and I never had an issue until now.
Now I barely get 100MB download speeds on a good day and I'm starting to think something has gone wrong with the upgrade. I've followed all the advice on the website doing pin resets,testing ethernet connections direct to Hub etc .etc. and I'm stuck now paying for a service that appears not to be up to standard.
I've included my speed test results, bqm link here and will post the results from the Hub 3 separately due to message length limits.
