Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I have had a look our end and I can see most of your upstream power levels are out of sync, can you please check all your internal and if possible external connection are hand tight, once done please unplug the router from the power leave 1 minute then plug back in.
thanks for the comeback, but tbh, its just getting worse, when wrote this was getting 300mb + speed, be lucky to get 100+ the last few days.
really fed up with this, £35, then £10 for change, + money added to monthly bill for nothing like what should be paying for, old 350mb line wiped this 1gb connection, at least you got what was told would get.
can this be sorted please, if not what my rights on canceling it and going back to 350mb? aint worth hassle tbh
