I can't seem to get anything past 40mb on a M200 package.
Virgin upgraded me from M100 but still same speeds.

Are you testing on wired or wireless?
One of your downstream channels has 1000's (millions!) of errors, with bad SNR.
Could you post your upstream tab data?
Thanks for responding, I've been testing on both wired and wireless and both seem to give similar results.

Upstream looks ok.
That one downstream channel is probably the cause of your issues.

I have a technician booked in for Wednesday, this is the 2nd one to come round.
The 1st one said I am in a high utilisation area and that is likely to be my problem. However the tech guys on the phone denied any problems in my area.. so I really don't know what to believe.
Guess I will have to wait for Wednesday. I'll show the technition the errors on channel 5.
Yes, make sure you show them the page where you got the info.
So a technician just left and refused to look at anything because apparently his manager said it shouldn't have been booked in.
He said to the technician that this is a high usage/ utilisation area. I showed him the stats on this page and on the router but he didn't want to know.
How can the virgin service be this bad I have no idea?? Really frustrated now.
I have spoken to my neighbors who are next door and they are getting expected speeds. So I dont believe the utilisation waffle.
Any advice would be appreciated. 😞
