Haven’t had promised upgrade?

Still haven’t had the promised upgrade that was promised by the 31st March. Has anyone got theirs yet?

Upgrades for eligible Ultimate Oomph customers from M500 Fibre Broadband to M600 Fibre Broadband will be completed by 31st March 2021."

I presume you have rebooted the Hub first just to be sure? Then, have you double checked in the Hub settings? Go to the "configuration" data page and look in the Down and Upstream boxes for "Maximum Data Transfer Rates" - see what the numbers are in there - note they are in bps not mpbs.

It was said when I signed up that I was eligible for the free upgrade once it was rolled out with a completed date of March 31st.

It's also worth checking your online account to see what package is shown.

However, looking at your TBQM it seems to show some moderate overutilization so I presume VM may be holding back the upgrades.
What download speeds do you get in the evenings at the moment?
