Have no internet

Hi have got my new hub 3 spent some time to set it up but no internet tried everything have checked all the cables still no internet been on the phone for moor than two hours no answer so not happy with customer service just want to book an engineer asap please if I can to have a look at it caz need internet for my kids home schooling.

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome, I am sorry you had issues connecting your new hub 3.0, I have had a look at thing our end and can see your router is activated and that you are currently connected.

 

 

If this isn't the case and you still need help please let me know.
