At least once every 2-3 weeks my download speed drops in half, it’s now becoming a joke, I have done all the housekeeping ie updating software, restarting routers, this is now a joke, it wouldn’t be so bad I’d I was on a good deal for my 350mb, but at £45pm it’s a joke.

Hub3 or 4?

As it's got a D3.1 channel it has to be a Hub 4 or 5, and the presentation of hub stats suggests a Hub 4.

Looking at the BQM there's an intermittent fault that isn't demonstrated by the hub stats, I'm guessing a physical damage or connection fault for the coax.  I'd wait for forum staff to take a look - it'll probably need a technician visit, and might need more than one because intermittent faults are a real pain to detect, although the tech may get lucky if it's simply a connection that needs remaking.

There is a massive thread about hub4s ethernet ports going from 1000mb to 100mb, perhaps it's that

I am in modem mode and use a router, worth a try though do you have a link. 
edit now lucky to break 100meg, sometimes touches 120/30.

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about the broadband speed issue you've been having. 

I have taken a look on our system and I am unable to see anything that could be affecting this. 

What I will need to do is private message you to confirm some details and then we can proceed with further checks.
