new oomph 500meg broadband installed last week and my speed is only half this. never seen 500meg speed while doing a speed test.
have my computer connected directly into an Ethernet port on my hub3
cant get any help from phoning
have been reading on these forums about power levels causing problems, so have attached my readings to see if that is the problem.
