I already posted few weeks ago but the problems came back...
The speed is quite better but i'm not getting over 80 Mbps and its fluctuating.
The ping is fluctuating again and makes it quite hard to play online games or that sort of things... I get spikes to 130/250 from a 40 ping.
I know a visit would be hard during these quarantine times i am just posting to see if something could be done remotely since we're spending our whole day inside...

The engineer came and the problems "seemed" to be resolved for 2 days ( The ping spike were still there but not as high and not as frequent )
But everything went downhill from may 28th and it's even worse than before...
