HELP - Trying to support NHS Trusts and I have near constant packet loss

Hi,

I'm struggling to support various NHS Trust's IT for the last 5 days or so. VPN drops, website timeouts etc.

The VM service checker keeps throwing back an error saying the tests failed. As in it can't run the tests.

I've stuck my VM Hub into Modem Mode, and put my trusty Cisco Hardware (ex Cisco) in front of it. So I've got better control and visibility into whats going on.

This is the outside interface attached to port one of the Virgin Media Hub. Which runs a test to Google DNS.

Obviously I've tried cold starting the VM Hub, and checked cables with no effect. It's not my hardware as this issue started days before I put my Hub into Modem Mode. This is just for fault testing.

I really need help because I'm reliant on at this time to help them out.

Thanks,

Jesse

You able to post the output from your hub so people can see the power levels, SNR, errors etc?
