Hi,

We have had the ‘Volt Gig1 Fibre Broadband’ installed since 16/11/2022 and we have not had the guaranteed download speed ever after testing multiple times on the Google speed test.

We are due to receive a minimum download speed of 570 Mbps, yet only reaching around the 400 Mbps mark

I see we are eligible to order the Wi-Fi Max pods as part of a free option for the package we have - I just want to know how I go about getting these ordered?

Guaranteed wired speed not WiFi

The WiFi Max has a guaranteed minimum speed - of 20 Mbps.

You could do much better with your own WiFi equipment.

Far too many variables affect wireless performance in any given environment, from your own property's building materials to neighbouring networks and many things in between, so you'll never get high speed Wi-Fi guarantees from any ISP.
