Gig1 upgrade not getting expected speeds

Good Morning,

I have upgraded from the 350M package to Gig1 this week and the speeds are lackluster for me.

I'm getting sometimes 500Gbps when jacked directly into the Hub4 with my laptop which has a gigabit Ethernet connection and a CAT7 cable, more often than not I'm getting slower than that. see screenshot below for my latest Sam Knows test (which seem to be all over the place).

All in all it's been a bit of a downgrade as i was getting 300 - 350 Gbps every time with my 350M package, does anyone have any suggestions?

Can you post your Hub status and logs?
Someone should be spot if there is a problem
Navigate to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode)
Don't log in!
Click on 'router status'
