I’ve had gig1 for a few months now and while download is hitting over 1Gbps my upload is limited to 25Mbps.
I have carried out a number of RealSpeed tests via SamKnows and doesn’t ever hit anything faster. I had raised a support case via email but have heard nothing from them - this was over a month ago.
Below is a breakdown of the router; I’ve tried running in modem mode and router noise, different times during the day and different speed test sites (but really relying on SamKnows Real Speed).
I was previously on M500 and was able to achieve over 25Mbps so it’s absolutely related to the Gig1 service.
Any help would be great.

When did you upgrade to Gig1 from M500.
There is currently al ot of issues with Upstream Congestion due to increased demand of upload traffic due to working from home and now also virtual classrooms which consume a fair chunk of bandwidth.
This isn't helped by the fact that DOCSIS (Cable Broadband Tech) isn't designed in a way to give high upstream bandwidth or capacity 'yet'

It seems your upload channels are running at 16QAM/32QAM and should be running at 64QAM. This will reduce capacity. You need an engineer to put this right. Make sure the cable is tight too.

Thanks for spotting that.... can't believe I missed that.
Time for some sleep.
