I've called and it said that I need to speak to someone after doing diagnostics. Not sure if that's because diagnostics don't exist for Gig1 yet (according to the website) or if there is actually a fault. Then after 20 minutes on hold it hung up on me after i heard some button pressing over the hold music...
Today and last night I've had drop outs and 150ms latency.
You'd think right now I'd be glad that I cancelled my phone and TV and paid MORE for the best connection in the UK and invested my money in to a company who's trying to improve internet speeds but since I got it, it's sucked. Even the new hub sucks and I have to reboot it weekly to keep the speed but now that I'm working from home and I rely on a fast connection I regret it more than ever.
