Gig1 Slow speeds and packet loss

Hi we upgraded to Gig1 AREA B91.It worked fine for a few days ~900 down, 50 up.Then packet loss on and off and fluctuating latency began constantly, for days.I check speeds and they go down to 93MBs down, 50up. Cat6 cable. Wireless is around 120-150MBs down. My cables and everything are fine, all cat6. Tried multiple cables, multiple systems, still ~90 down. It's been like this for a week now. We're getting ripped off. Don't upgrade to Gig1 and think it'll improve anything

Yeah I'm in BB12 and im getting under 100Mbps right now, usually i get 500Mbps - 1Gbps.

It would be great to hear from VM on this because I reboot all of my equipment and it doesn't change anything, even with a fully wired machine running a speed test (on multiple servers).

Just the speed fluctuates that much that I have only seen a couple of 900mbps+ speed test results... I understand there's many factors that can affect this but the maximum speed I can download a file at right now is 10mb/s from anywhere and speed tests are showing 100Mb

Yeah I tightened all cables, rebooting everything. Nothing.

I've called and it said that I need to speak to someone after doing diagnostics. Not sure if that's because diagnostics don't exist for Gig1 yet (according to the website) or if there is actually a fault. Then after 20 minutes on hold it hung up on me after i heard some button pressing over the hold music...

Today and last night I've had drop outs and 150ms latency.

You'd think right now I'd be glad that I cancelled my phone and TV and paid MORE for the best connection in the UK and invested my money in to a company who's trying to improve internet speeds but since I got it, it's sucked. Even the new hub sucks and I have to reboot it weekly to keep the speed but now that I'm working from home and I rely on a fast connection I regret it more than ever.

I know it is difficult for us all but come on VM, it's also difficult not being able to work from home even though I pay to be able to

Speed to Virgin Media Hub 4 1051
Speed to Computer 92.2
Speed to Phone ~200

Using the cat6 cable included with hub 4 into a gigabit port.
My cables are fine as it was working as intended for a few days after we upgraded.
