Recently upgraded to Gig1 just before Christmas. All seemed OK at first, but since the weekend we have had a massive drop in speed. I have looked through some of the previous messages and noted the power levels should be -6 to +10, so thinking the below is an issue?

Still haven't heard anything back from Virgin two weeks after posting this, so can't imagine they will be in touch anytime soon. Currently getting speeds of around 20Mbs, mostly less on Gig1 package - so not particularly happy.
Could someone advise how I could get this sorted please?
