Gig1 Question for VM team

Hi,

As the subject states, my question is on the postcode checker it says I am able to get Gig1 however through My Virgin Media it neither shows up nor is there an option to upgrade I have a standalone broadband package and all I get are TV upgrades and phone upgrades on my account.

Hey @mhussain14,

 

Sorry that you're having issues trying to upgrade your package, I have checked your account and can see that you are eligible for this but you may be on an older packge that would need to be changed to enable you to upgrade.

 

Please could you get in touch with the team on 0345 454 1111 or via text on 0753 305 1809

and the team will be able to arrange an upgrade for you.

 

Please be aware there could be a queue over half an hour on the phone line and the text messaging service isn't an instant response service but the team will be with you as quickly as possible.
