Getting less than minimum guarenteed on 350MB package

Ever since my 12 month package deal was over and I started paying a little more, my speeds seem to have dropped to around 60mbps.

It's been like this for around 2 weeks now.

What devices are you measuring this speed on, and how are they connected to the Hub?

On my PC using an ethernet cable

We need to check the connection then.

Go to the Hub on 192.168.0.1. Click on front page the link Check Router Status.

Copy and paste here the data for Upstream, Downstream, and Network Log.  Use data copy rather than screen shots

The Downstream looks OK. Can you post the upstream as well as that can affect the downstream.

Two other things to try:

Reset the Hub to factory default with the pin hole for 30 secs. This will reset any passwords you had changed.  Replace the ethernet cable with another,

Good luck with that - I'm off to the dentist for a long delayed appointment!
