Your signal to noise ratio on channel 12 is far too low, so the hub is struggling to communicate with the network. 

Usually that's an easy fix, but will require a technician visit.  You can try phoning in (first thing in the morning is best), or you can wait for the forum staff to pick this up and advise.  I'd recommend the latter - VM's offshore call centre is dismal, and the agent will insist you go through all manner of pointless messing around because that's what the script tells them to do, and they mostly have no understanding of the technology they are supposed to be supporting.

Thank you Andruser,

Good advice. I'm waiting for a response from the forum staff on this. I've gone through the resets and tests so many times, it would be great to find someone who knows the technology to help me out here.

Welcome to the community! I am sorry to see that you have been experiencing various issues with your broadband connection.

 

As Andruser correctly pointed out, you are currently being impacted by an SNR (signal to noise ratio) issue which will require an engineer's visit to resolve. I have booked you in with an engineer appointment which you can find the allocated time slot of on your online account. This time slot can be rearranged from there too if needed.
