Gaming lag

Hi, we have recently had a new hub installed but there is still a latency issue, was wondering if a member of Virgin media can help.

Same issue here an engineer came out and it is still not fixed. 

If you can get hold of virgin they will probably tell you "there is an issue in your area" and then give you 0800 561 0061 to call to check for updates. 

Apparently there isn't an issue in my area Virgin just cannot and will not refuse customers so your issue is probably over utilization so find another ISP which is what I am currently looking at.
