Frequent outages and speed drops

Hi all, 

For the past few days my broadband speed has been shockingly poor, multiple times throughout the day the speed drops to horrendous low levels, example I am on M200 package, the max speed I get is 132Mbps, the drops are all the way down to 0.8Mbps, which then slowly climbs up to about 30Mbps. Resetting the router sometimes helps, but not often, it's just a case of waiting until it's okay, in the meantime having to use my mobile data for my children to do there school work.

I will follow this post with the information from the router status.

The downstream power levels, although in spec, look quite high?

No they're fine

One of the upstreams is at max though

Evening all,

Sorry for the late response, I have not had chance to get on the forums this week.

This is over a wireless connection, the devices I use to access the internet do not have the capability for a wired connection, however I am pretty much smack bang on top of the router.

The issues do seem to have stopped this week fortunately, with the occasional dip in speeds, of which I have always had while using Virgin broadband, annoying they maybe, there the types of drop where a restart of the router generally help.
